About the staff

Paul Mains, CPP is the primary instructor and the founding president of West Bay Security Training. He is a 30 year police veteran and high liability course trainer with degrees from the University of Florida and the University of South Florida. He is active in many professional associations including the American Society for Industrial Security, the International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety, and the International Association for Professional Security Consultants.
